Eugenio Sanhueza
Director
Eugenio holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and brings a hands-on approach to every stage of real estate development — from site acquisition and design to construction, project delivery, and property management. With a strong technical background and a genuine passion for building quality projects, Eugenio is deeply involved in turning ideas into sale-ready developments. His extensive experience across both residential and commercial sectors gives him a well-rounded perspective on every project he undertakes. Before moving into development, Eugenio worked in a range of construction roles, including as a site manager on numerous projects throughout Sydney. During this time, he gained valuable experience with major Sydney firms and contributed to landmark developments, including a residential project for Winten Property Group and the Australian Government’s regional tax office in Hurstville.
